Who We Are
Royal Congregate Living Facility is a California Department of Public Health–licensed congregate living health facility in Lancaster, California providing skilled nursing and subacute care. We are a 24-hour CLHF offering one-on-one personalized nursing and recuperative treatments for residents recovering from traumatic brain injury (TBI), cerebrovascular accident (CVA), neurological disease, tracheostomy needs, complex wounds, and other medically complex conditions. Our care team coordinates with physicians and specialists to deliver respiratory services, long-term IV antibiotics and intravenous medications, TPN and G-tube feeding, lab and pharmacy services, physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Working together, our nurses, therapists, social services, dietary support, and activity staff ensure your loved one receives individualized treatment and reliable day-to-day care to support an optimum recovery.
